Stephane DUCATTEAU

Contemporary furniture designer Stéphane DUCATTEAU works mainly with metal foil.
After starting as an engineer in an architecture office, Stéphane DUCATTEAU devoted a year of training to artistic ironwork.
He wants to make his own models and refuses to dissociate conception and realization of the object. The voluptuousness and the ergonomics of the curves that he shapes generate emotion and sensuality. The metal takes an ebony appearance thanks to the patinas that Stéphane uses with brio. Each piece is unique and made with the rigor and mastery of the craftsman.
